I struggled with the same problem. I love the way I feel after a quick morning workout, but going to a full-scale morning boot camp just didn’t work for me.
Drive, change, work out, shower, change, and drive again … it was nearly a two-hour process! I was fit but barely had time to get to work or spend the morning with my family. Not to mention the fact that I have “workout ADHD” … my term for “very little patience for long, boring workouts.”
Would an 18-minute morning boot camp workout be more your style?
Imagine getting in and out of the gym in 45 minutes or less! You’ll get set for your day, build muscles, lose weight, and still be able to get to all the things you have to do.
This is the workout I built and personally used for 2 years before we launched the JMAC18. I’ve been in martial arts and fitness for over 50 years, and I can’t remember ever feeling so dialed in.
Arrive at 7:30 am. Get filled in on the day’s workout. The timer starts running at around 7:36 am.
50-second rounds. 10-second transitions. Never the same workout twice!

Sandbags
Strength • Agility • Cardio
If it’s not intense enough, we have ways to make it tougher. At around 7:54 am, the boot camp is over!

I don’t know about you, but I know a lot of people who struggle to work out consistently. Don’t let boredom or time limits keep you from getting in better shape!
We have a ton of fun, we work fast, and we keep complications to a minimum. Our staff are martial artists and fitness fanatics. If you need a longer workout, we’ve mapped running courses nearby so you can rack up a mile or three. If not, you can get to work on time.
